Rainbow Rain Pottery Mug
Each mug measures approximately 3.5 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide (12 oz.) but can vary in size slightly.
This item is dishwasher and microwave safe, but handwashing is always preferred.
Each piece of pottery made at Love and Light Earthware is handmade in small batches and intuitively glazed making each piece unique and incredibly special.
Shipping
We’re committed to shipping all orders as quickly as possible. Our studio is closed on weekends & holidays so we won’t be shipping orders during that time.
All domestic shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post.
Insured shipping within Canada: Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. A tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Jewelry
As a small business, we make most jewelry pieces to order. Because of this we are unable to offer returns, but we do offer exchanges or store credit.
If an item is a final sale (no return or exchange), we will list that detail in the product description.
Earrings & hair forks are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We will happily accept UNWORN items (excluding earrings & hair forks) with all original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order for exchange or store credit. Retail value can be put toward equal or higher priced items with the buyer paying the difference.
Please email lindsey@loveandlight.ca with the details of your order, and we will send you the address to mail the approved exchange items.
Once we have received the approved exchange items, we will contact you to make exchange/store credit arrangements.
Please note: return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
Though we do everything we can to ensure your receive and love your new purchase, Love and Light Earthware is not responsible for items lost/damaged in transit when returning items.
Pottery
I take extra special care in packaging pottery as safely as possible. In the unfortunate event where your pieces arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact me within 24 hours of the receipt of the goods.
It is SO important to me that you are happy with the items you purchased.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let me know within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to lindsey@loveandlight.ca.
From there, I will send you information on how to return your order. Please note: shipping costs are at your own expense.
Please ensure the item you return will be handled with care. Love & Light Earthware is not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment.
Love & Light Earthware is a very small business that really loves making small batch pottery and jewelry items. We kindly ask that you make thoughtful, intentional purchases to avoid any returns. Everything we make is entirely handmade. That means each piece may vary slightly in size, shape and colour. We don't consider these characteristics as flaws but rather contribute to the organic nature of handmade goods.
