We’re committed to shipping all orders as quickly as possible. Our studio is closed on weekends & holidays so we won’t be shipping orders during that time.
All domestic shipping is fulfilled through Canada Post. All shipping is insured up to $100 and purchasers will be provided with a tracking number once item ships. Orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping.
Returns
As a small business, we make most pieces to order, because of this we are unable to offer returns, but we do offer exchanges or store credit.
If an item is a final sale (no return or exchange), we will list that detail in the product description.
We will happily accept UNWORN items with all original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order for exchange for store credit. Retail value can be put toward equal or higher priced items with the buyer paying the difference.
Please email lindsey@loveandlight.ca with the details of your order, and we will send you the address to mail the approved exchange items.
Once we have received the approved exchange items, we will contact you to make exchange/store credit arrangements.
Please note: return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
